We all have days, weeks, months, and seasons of our lives that bring us highs and also bring us lows. This ebb and flow can be stressful and extended low periods can bring a lot of stress. While some stress is normal and helpful, large amounts of stress can be a disaster. Thankfully, researchers have found evidenced based ways to cope with current stress and prevent health risks resulting from stress.
