Stacey Culpepper is a certified personal trainer with a niche for helping women with hormone issues by tailoring their training specific to them. She earned her bachelors degree in exercise and health science at Kennesaw State University and is also a fitness nutrition specialist. Stacey has 10+ years of experience as a personal trainer as well as a group fitness instructor and has taught everything from chair aerobics in a senior living community to high intensity interval training at many locations across the Atlanta area. Stacey has a passion for helping people get stronger from the inside out. She believes that you must be healthy mentally, physically and spiritually to be in a true state of total health.
Stacey believes that the brain is the strongest muscle that there is and has a passion for teaching her clients to break mental barriers that hold them back from reaching their potential. She believes that the first step in achieving any goal is believing that you can. She focuses on awareness of thoughts and limiting beliefs as well as reframing those thoughts to create new and healthier thinking patterns for her clients.
In her free time, Stacey loves to spend time with her 11 year old son. She loves cooking and creating healthy recipes that also taste good. She loves traveling and experiencing the diversity of different cultures and is a forever student. She loves reading and learning everything that she can so that she can continue to pour into others.
