Changing habits can be hard, but you don't have to go through it alone! We also work with you to develop a support system of fruends and family.

STRATEGYWhen you have a strong strategy, a positive mindset, and a support system, you become an unstoppable force toward your goals. You and your counselor will make a gameplan to accomplish your health goals by brainstorming through scenarios that may aid or hinder progress.

ACCOUNTABILITYIt can be easy for anyone to fall into a cycle of starting and stopping any kind of plan when there's not a team of people behind them. Your counselor will act as an accountability partner during your sessions and also help you create a network of people to keep you on track. When we are held accountable, we produce more and better results!

PROVEN RESULTSYour counselor will be using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) that has been thoroughly researched and proven to have lasting results. Aaron T. Beck is the creator of CBT. Your counselor is well trained and experienced in performing CBT with clients.
