Our Vision & Mission

Our Vision

To mindfully and bravely create a group of Christian professionals that work together as one in order to provide an integrated Christian healthcare model for the local, national, and global community.

Our Mission

To inspire and provide hope to individuals, families, and communities of their value and worth to our Creator and Savior by using our God-given talents, abilities, and education in healthcare to support and serve them.

We Accomplish This Through

Evidenced Based Practice

Evidenced Based Practice

We believe that God gave us science and the ability to detect patterns so that we can guide people toward health. We do this by using researched treatment protocols for behavioral or mental health disorders, chronic conditions, acute medical needs, and relationship dysfunction.

Education of the Community

Education of the Community

As experts in the field, we believe that it is our responsibility to help the community by speaking in public. We can accomplish this most effectively by partnering with local businesses, non-profit organizations, schools, and churches.

Exploration in Research

Exploration in Research

We believe that we must stay up to date with current research studies and their findings by attending seminars and learning about new topics in our fields. We also believe that it is important for us to engage in research efforts and content creation.

How are we doing?

77% of scheduled appointments are kept by the patient/client.

50% of our team participates in community education.

100% of our team attends continuing education courses.

Our greatest fear should not be of failure but of succeeding at things in life that don’t really matter.

Would you like to join the mission?

We are always open to partnering with healthcare professionals looking to join a team that

1) cares about the WHO and the WHY over the WHAT and the HOW,

2) is willing to collaborate in a diverse setting, and

3) has a strong moral character.

We love to be creative in accomplishing our mission, so if you don’t see your field or specialty listed in our current openings, please still contact us so we can open up a dialog.

We Ask Ourselves

Q: How can we serve people better?

We are always looking for ways to improve our services. We welcome the feedback that you provide–good, bad or ugly. If it helps us help others better next time, we would love for you to share it with us. So, feel free to email us with your suggestions. We sincerely review your input and discuss potential changes to strategies, policies, and procedures.

Q: How can we communicate more clearly?

We work hard to make the process before, during, and after service at our practice simple and easy to understand. If we find something confusing, we make an effort to clarify.

Q: How can we collaborate more creatively and boldly?

We believe that we are made to function in group environments. Our treatments and their effectiveness gets better when we work together. Accomplishing goals comes through the efforts of many. So, we evaluate whether we are actually moving forward together.
