Brittany Browne, MS, LMT, BCMHC

Executive Director, Licensed Massage Therapist

Brittany Browne is a Board Certified Christian Mental Health Coach through the International Board of Christian Care (IBCC), a Licensed Massage Therapist (GA #MT009630), and an integrative practitioner committed to helping individuals reconnect with their God-given wholeness.

With more than a decade of experience in body-based care, Brittany has supported clients in overcoming chronic pain, restoring movement, and cultivating deeper mind-body awareness. Her work as a massage therapist and corrective exercise specialist laid a foundation for her trauma-informed approach, blending somatic therapy with faith-based mental health coaching to address the full spectrum of human experience—body, mind, and spirit.

Drawing on her advanced training in somatic stress release, integrative somatic trauma therapy, and Internal Family Systems-informed parts work, Brittany partners with clients navigating anxiety, overwhelm, trauma history, and neurodivergent experiences. She believes that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about rediscovering the wisdom and resilience that have always been within.

As a late-diagnosed autistic + ADHD (AuDHD) woman, wife to a late-diagnosed AuDHD husband, and mother to four neurodivergent children, Brittany brings a compassionate understanding of how neurodiversity shapes relationships, self-perception, and daily life. She is passionate about creating spaces where clients feel safe to unmask, explore their stories, and embrace their strengths without shame.

Brittany’s writing and advocacy have been featured in Exceptional Needs Today, Special Edition 3, where she shared her personal journey and her commitment to shifting perceptions of autism. She has also been a guest on the podcast NeuroDiverse Christian Couples, speaking about neurodiversity as a platform for empowerment and change.

Brittany serves as a Professional Mental Health Coach at Mind & Body Christian Health Group, where she collaborates with her husband, a Licensed Professional Counselor, to offer integrated care within clear scope-of-practice boundaries. She is passionate about bridging the gap between clinical mental health care and embodied spiritual coaching.

Looking ahead, Brittany plans to pursue a Doctorate in Somatic Psychology to expand her work in program development, education, and leadership in the field of embodied, faith-based mental health care.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Brittany finds joy and fulfillment in spending time with her husband and her miniature loved ones. She thrives in sunny weather, enjoys playing sand volleyball, and finds solace in creative pursuits such as art and music. An avid learner, Brittany is currently honing her beginner skills on the violin and cherishes deep, meaningful conversations that foster connection and growth.
